Cartoon: Animal Testing

by Larry Hehn on December 10, 2012

At the end of each year, I like to take a few days off, recharge my batteries, and spend some extra time with family and friends. This year, I’m also putting the finishing touches on a book proposal. What a perfect time to share the 10 most popular posts of the past year here at Christian in the Rough!

Surprisingly, most of the “Top 10” were not published in 2012, so you may not have seen these in a while, if ever! Over the next few days, we will be counting down the Christian in the Rough Top 10 for 2012. Starting our countdown today, in the number 10 spot, is one of three cartoons to crack the Top 10. Enjoy!

Thank you, Bill. Yep, I have a lot of groaners in my repertoire…

You’re right, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this one before! Cute.

Though they’ve all been published here before, I think a lot of the top 10 will seem brand new because they came out quite a while ago. I like this as a way to dust off and give new life to some oldies-but-goodies. Thanks, Liz!

My wife’s chihuahuas wouldn’t have an answer for this, but they would be going after the apple on the desk. Stupid dogs.

They may be stupid, but at least they prefer healthy snacks!

My dogs (mini-daschunds) are so stupid they would be going after the book on the desk … 😉

Now I’m having the most amusing visual of chihuahuas and mini-dachshunds wreaking havoc on the desk. Though I’m not sure how they would get up there… 🙂

The answer is six. I know it.

Love it.

My kids want a dog. I’d love a dog if I could write as a day job, something that is unlikely to happen. Maybe my answer should be we’ll get a dog when canines learn to do math.

We have to see if this dog has any siblings:
